Due to a successful planning application my client are now actively recruiting for an experienced Technical Manager with significant house building experience to work in a site based role in Essex.
The will be considered a flagship scheme for the business and will deliver high spec residential units, care home, energy centre and both commercial and retail plots with the overall scheme valued in excess on £100m. The business is now going through a period of significant growth with this scheme being one of many in the pipeline making this great time to join the company and take advantage of progression opportunities.
The ideal candidate will live local to the Essex area and have strong delivery experience on traditional build housing or mix-use schemes having worked for a developer or main contractor and be able to work with limited support in a stand alone role.
