Due to the opening of new sites in the Northern Homes Counties I am currently working on a requirement for an experienced Senior Design Manager to work with of one of the leading names in the housing market.
Throughout the pandemic they have continued to go from strength to strength and are seeing an increase in sales throughout the region. Their current portfolio is averaging around 300 units per site which mainly consist of r/c frame apartments.
Their current requirement is for an experienced Design Manager or Senior Design Manager to run 2-3 live schemes while managing 3 Design Managers. The ideal candidate will need to have experience managing similar size schemes and have r/c frame experience. The role will have a strong management aspect to it however candidates should expect to be hands on also. Experience working for a Developer or main contractor is essential.
