I am currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer to work for a medium sized maintenance provider based in the Acton area. The client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the company on a permanent basis, the role is working on a Monday-Friday basis and the hours of work are 08:00-17:00.
The successful candidate will be somebody experienced in Servicing, maintaining and repairing CRAC units with plate heat exchangers, direct drive fans, 3 port valves, dry air coolers, free cooling and refrigerant evaporators, refrigerant compressors - Maintain, install and service leak detection systems - Understand enough about the BMS systems to make changes and discuss control issues with our incumbent BMS company - Service, maintain and repair split AC units - Service, maintain and repair VRV AC units - Service, maintain and repair fan coil units
The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial HVAC and air-conditioning work, have strong communication skills and the following attributes/qualifications:
- Enthusiastic with a great desire to progress
* City and Guilds in Mechanical engineering
* Strong all round Building Services knowledge
